i personally know Dennis and his teaching techniques. he proves that electric, prong(pinch), and choke collars are all useless and painful to dogs. POSITIVE reinforcement is the way to go! great video and highly educational!
he is a great trainer and huge animal lover. he even spends time at local shelters to help out dogs with 'quirks', that way they too can find their forever homes.
